As a Phlebotomist, you will be performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups in a regulated facility. You will be responsible for following internal standard operating procedures. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist is a plus
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Friendly verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Perform minimal data entry of donor information in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain specimen information logs
• Provide friendly customer service to donors
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
